Well Inc. was established in 2019 to answer the call for a highly structured Wellness Program produced and developed by founder Paddy Coary.

But, that’s not where the story of Well Inc. begins…

In early 2017, Paddy was given the opportunity to teach a pilates class for The University of Sydney Business School, the class was a huge success. He continued the program and offered it to other corporate clients. Later in 2017 a yoga class was added, and in 2018 the program was extended again to offer mindfulness classes.

By 2019 our client base had grown significantly and a decision was reached to formalise the business. The result was the creation of Well Inc.

Well Inc. has established itself as a sought after program servicing many corporate clients. We have made it our mission to develop our program with the aim of promoting a healthy lifestyle, and offering our clients a unique way to increase the performance of their team.

In 2020, we pivoted to a new model of online classes for remote workforces. A change that has brought a successful new dynamic to the business and one which allows us to services our clients successfully no matter how or where their staff are working.


Paddy Coary

Co-Founder & Head of Operations

Paddy began his working career in the construction industry. He qualified from UUJ with a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying and after moving to Australia he took a position as a Cost Planner for Multiplex in their Sydney office.

During his time at Multiplex Paddy took up Pilates and after a few years as a client he decided the time was right for a career change and began training to become a Pilates Instructor. In 2013 he completed the transition and began to work full time in the fitness & wellness industry.

Paddy’s time as a Cost Planner made him aware of how life working in the corporate world has an impact on physical and mental health. With this in mind he knew how beneficial wellness classes at work could be for a workforce that are time poor. He also has experience of these types of classes first hand and experienced the positive impact it had on his focus and motivation. The classes also had an extremely positive impact in terms of team morale with strong relationships being formed through the classes with his coworkers.

Tamara Oyarce Lopez

Co-founder & Head of Business Development

Lawyer by training Tamara brings a unique combination of legal, corporate strategy and international business management knowledge to Well Inc.

Tamara has work and life experience spanning three continents focused in the Asia-Pacific region (Australia, China, Chile and Japan) and has also extensive experience working across industries including professional services, corporate law, higher education and the not-for-profit sector.

Tamara has a master’s degree in International Business and Law from The University of Sydney Business School and is also completing her PhD with the University of Sydney Business School.

In addition to her extensive corporate experience Tamara is also a certified Yoga Teacher. The combination of her corporate background in addition to her love of Yoga means Tamara not only understands the needs of the corporate workplace but also the answer to how businesses can address those needs.

Sandra Morales

Sandra is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. She began teaching yoga in 2013 after becoming certified to teach through the Centro Dedalo Yoga in Santiago Chile. In 2015 Sandra completed her advanced yoga training at Kailash Tribal School, Himalayas India.

Sandra has personally practiced yoga for more than fifteen years under the guidance of skilful teachers. She has also completed training in meditation and mindfulness techniques such as sound healing which she incorporates into her classes.

With a corporate background Sandra understands the needs of the participants of her classes and she uses her extensive business management and project leadership experience, from her previous career to create classes that challenge and inspire.

Marion Mohl

Certified in Sydney in 2014, Marion teaches Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga. Her keen interest in yoga led her to train with influential yoga teachers who have helped Marion develop an appreciation for not only the physical practice of Yoga but also how to apply yoga to address mental and spiritual issues that arise in day-to-day life.

With a background in the field of biochemical science and experience working as a PhD in that field for over a decade, Marion has developed an intrinsic interest in anatomy and how the body works allowing her to develop safe practices for everyone who takes part in her classes.

Her yoga journey has expanded over the years through the study of Mindfulness, Meditation and clinical Hypnotherapy.

Marion has experience teaching yoga and meditation to a wide range of people with diverse needs and abilities including staff from Qantas, Commonwealth Bank, Sydney University and Macquarie Bank.

Paddy Coary

A Pilates Instructor since 2013, Paddy’s classes are informative, fun and challenging.

With experience teaching people from office workers through to elite athletes Paddy brings a wealth of experience to every class he teaches.

Paddy previous career as an Estimator means Paddy knows what participants in his class need to help them move better, stand taller and increase their focus.

Paddy has experience working with organizations large and small. Among others he has worked with Cirque Du Soliel, The University of Sydney and Common Ventures.
